This document was the under-the-hood reference for the pre-2026-05 PM system (REQ-NNNN/SOL-NNNN markdown files, .claude/project-management/ directories, the auto-loop state machine). That system has been superseded by the GitHub-Issues hierarchy and the warp-drive state machine.
