PM Conventions — Archived
This document defined the file-and-directory conventions of the pre-2026-05 PM system (REQ-NNNN, SOL-NNNN, RISK-NNNN, BUG-NNNN, etc., living under .claude/project-management/ and .claude/requirements/). That system has been superseded — those directory and filename patterns are now forbidden per handbook §15.3.
